Ever have God put a set of verses on your heart and have no idea why He’s doing so?

Sitting here, eating a few sugar cookies and milk Mommy and Max made and putting some notes together for next Sunday, I came across this book mark from two days ago.

Every single time the enemy tries to steal a moment in time, it is as if the Lord has already seen it coming and preps you for it!

Ever take a big bite of cookie and a bigger drink of milk at the same time and just let it stay in your mouth until the cookie is all soggy?

Yeah, me, too.

Sometimes, I let my spirit do that with God’s Word.

“The LORD himself will go before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forget you. Don’t be afraid and don’t worry.” – Deuteronomy 31:8

Hooah!! Heard, understood, acknowledged!!!

Coming through just another circumstance where a human relationship that should be valuable is too simply and easily traded for drugs and alcohol.

Appreciate your prayers there.

Still, kinda think the enemy should be smart enough to know it’s these circumstances that remind me of how much God will never leave me nor forsake me.

I love when those verses get soggy! ūüėČ
