“Those who are careful about what they say keep themselves out of trouble.” – Proverb 21:23

It has to be on purpose, doesn’t it?

I grumble once in a while and I catch myself. I’m guilty.

I let myself get down to ’empty’ and struggle to stay full.

It’s usually when I’ve played too late and wake up tired or have entertained guests and friends for longer than I’ve been alone with God.

I fill back up on time alone in the Word which I think resets my perspective.

“Brothers and sisters, think about the things that are good and worthy of praise. Think about the things that are true and honorable and right and pure and beautiful and respected. Do what you learned and received from me, what I told you, and what you saw me do. And the God who gives peace will be with you.” – Philippians 4:8-9

Be careful.

Fill up regularly.
