He put you on my heart and nudged me to skip all the way to the last verse of Acts 7:

“He fell on his knees and cried in a loud voice, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” After Stephen said this, he died.” – Acts 7:60

It’s just not meant to be. You are not meant to hold on to someone else’s sin.

You look in the mirror and wonder why you feel as though you’re aging faster than you thought you should.

It’s like pouring lava in a Dixie cup.

The poor cup is obliterated and so is your spirit.

From your first breath, you were made to praise the Lord! You were made to contain His Spirit and when you do, you do it so well and you know it.

There’s this amazing confirmation in your spirit and your body and your face seem to catch it and, and, … well, you know now don’t you.

“Lord, do not hold this sin against them.”

“Brothers and sisters, think about the things that are good and worthy of praise. Think about the things that are true and honorable and right and pure and beautiful and respected. Do what you learned and received from me, what I told you, and what you saw me do. And the God who gives peace will be with you.” – Philippians 4:8-9

God is with you.

Allow Him to fill your cup.
