What would you be willing to endure for $1,000,000?
A friend of a friend told us they don’t attend church anymore because of all the hypocritical politics.
Promptly, the ‘reality’ show “Survivor” came to mind.
You ever watch it?
In the show, your torch represents your life.
Throughout the show, other members of the tribe are competing with you, contriving schemes against you, to get you voted out.
Doesn’t the enemy do the same thing?
Your salvation, your torch, your life, is worth more than a million dollars, right?
Has the enemy convinced you it isn’t?
Have others actions distracted you from the prize?
“I do all this because of the Good News and so I can share in its blessings. You know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize. So run to win! All those who compete in the games use self-control so they can win a crown. That crown is an earthly thing that lasts only a short time, but our crown will never be destroyed. So I do not run without a goal. I fight like a boxer who is hitting something — not just the air. I treat my body hard and make it my slave so that I myself will not be disqualified after I have preached to others.” – 1 Corinthians 9:23-27
“The tribe has spoken” Jeff says before he snuffs your light, your chance at a million dollars, but in the end, what he or the tribe says doesn’t even matter.
Will you win your Reward challenges?
Will you achieve your ultimate Immunity?
Will you attend the REAL Survivor Finale?
