From devotions, this morning, “The eyes see what the heart loves. If the heart loves God and is single in this devotion, then the eyes will see God whether others see Him or not.” – Warren W. Wiersbe

There are times in my life I am accused of being overly enthusiastic about life, its challenges, and its possibilities.

This quote kinda nailed it for me.

I’ve come through some interesting challenges in the last 50 plus years and in every challenge, a faithful God has held my hand, and in some cases, just held all of me.

The wind in the sail of my enthusiasm is the breath of God.

When you have established and have chosen to stand on the Word and will of God, you have all of your energy left to give to the rest of your life.

Pastor has said, “If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.”

I’ve been face to face with those whom I dearly love who are still wondering and wandering, who’ve not fully committed their sails to the truth and breathe of God.

I am ever forever so grateful to those who taught me and somehow caught me in the embrace of God and His Word.

“All Scripture is inspired (breathed) by God and is useful for teaching, for showing people what is wrong in their lives, for correcting faults, and for teaching how to live right.

Using the Scriptures, the person who serves God will be capable, having all that is needed to do every good work.” – 2 Timothy 3:16-17
