One of the roots and foundations I have planted in my children is that we are also spiritual beings.
At the dinner table each evening we repeat a prayer, “Dear God, bless this food to our body as you bless Your Word to our spirit.”
The enemy does what he can to make you forget you are an eternally spiritual individual as well as a temporarily earthly one.
Keeping you distracted by your natural, he attempts to steal from you your supernatural.
How do you equally mature the spiritual portion of your being?
How do you bring it through it’s own version of Kindergarten, Middle School, and High School?
You do so via the Truth.
“Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give will never be thirsty. The water I give will become a spring of water gushing up inside that person, giving eternal life.”” – John 4:13-14
